Drew Dixon talks with CEO John Gibson of Tripwire Interactive about the first-ever Shark RPG, Maneater. We chat about the experience of growing from a baby shark into a powerful man-eater, what his team hopes people will get out of the game, and why John makes games.
Maneater is a beautiful, open world, action RPG that puts players in control of a baby shark setting out to take revenge on the man who killed its mother. It puts players in a vast and gorgeously rendered open-world ocean setting and gives them an incredible array of options of how to interact, explore, and grow in that world.
Maneater is available on May 22 on PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4. It will also release at a later date on Nintendo Switch.
