Adam Davis and Adam Johns of Game to Grow join Drew and Chris this week to talk about the therapeutic uses of Dungeons & Dragons. The non profit group was founded on the belief that games of all kinds have the power to improve people’s lives. The duo talk about how the company facilitates groups and training of others to use games like D&D to help others:

  • Learn to take the perspectives of others
  • Improve their frustration tolerance
  • Develop their creative problem-solving skills
  • Cultivate communication and collaboration skills

Adam and Adam also talk about their experiences at conventions, sharing their vision with people form all walks of life and how the Dungeons & Dragons panic of the 1980’s still lingers today.
